You Quietly… utilizes a unique vocabulary of intricate gestures, abstract movement phrases, and text to weave together vivid memories and flashbacks that serve as a window into the performer’s subconscious. What is seemingly the innocence of childhood unfolds into a much darker multilayered experience.

A Timeless Jump is based on opening a window into the mind of a person suffering from bipolar manic depression. This person undergoes varying periods of high intense elation countered by periods of extreme depths of depression. Denial of the disorder and conflict in ones mind arises as her world shifts with the onset of the disorder.

Zip, fasten, gather . . . Unravel follows a woman’s journey in both the quiet and violent aftermath of losing what she considered “home” (whether that be a specific place or loved one). It is a five minute battle between grappling to find her bearings to maintain a sense of composure juxtaposed against her inevitable unhinging into irreverent tantrums and total abandonment of appropriate behavior.
